Tracey is director and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) of Advanced Rehabilitation Management Services (ARMS) in Griffith, NSW, with over 23 years experience in the industry across the state.
Her enthusiasm for timely Return To Work (RTW) solutions, Vocational Rehabilitation, and quality Workplace Assessments combined with her thorough knowledge in the field of Occupational Therapy, makes Tracey a leader in her field.
Tracey’s commitment as an OT is reflected in her love for her work, her attention to detail and her extensive network of supporting agencies in the region.
Able to deliver a wide range of programs, Tracey’s applied knowledge includes planning, co-ordinating and evaluating clients, RTW programs, Workplace and Daily Living assessments, driving assessments, medico-legal assessments and working with compensable and non-compensable clients.
Tracey was involved in the set up a domiciliary rehabilitation clinic near Sydney and been responsible for domiciliary and ward-based geriatric and rehabilitation services. Tracey has extensive knowledge working with people who suffered amputations, an acquired brain injury, spinal injuries, and burns.
For almost 10 years Tracey has been working within the frameworks of NSW Workcover, CTP, Comcare and Vic TAC markets.
Continuing professional development for Tracey includes Certificate IV, Workplace Assessment and Training, ADHC Orientation Injury Management Training, Train the Trainer, Developments in Management and Prevention of Psychological Injury, Occupational Therapy Driving Assessments for Class C to Heavy Vehicle Assessment, and an accredited OH&S Auditor course.
Tracey is a member of both the NSW Occupational Therapy Association and Association for Manual Handling of People.
