Advanced Rehabilitation Management Service was established in Griffith in 2001, and we’ve been providing our expert services to the Riverina region ever since.

Our team has a combined experience over more than 40 years in vocational rehabilitation, and we live and work in the local area.
We’re creative and solutions-driven, with innovative approaches to achieve return to work outcomes. We have backgrounds in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Complex Job Placements Services and Rehabilitation Counselling.
Our team culture means we support our staff and work closely to fairly share workloads, and to share our varied insights and expertise as needed.
Living locally in the Riverina means we have extensive knowledge and great relationships with local industries including wineries, irrigation and farming enterprises, administration, education, aged care and disability services, cleaning, transport, abattoirs and local government.

As an accredited NSW WorkCover rehabilitation provider in the Riverina, ARMS provides employers, insurers and injured workers with services to achieve a successful, safe and sustainable return to work.

We’re located in the city centre, close to major medical practices.
Our modern facility includes interview rooms and an FCE room, and our Griffith site is the Head Office and administrative base for our regional offices in Deniliquin and Wagga Wagga.
